June 17: The largest local Juneteenth celebration will kick off with a parade beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of O’Neal and South Fourth Streets.
June 9-10: The Wills Point Police Department will host its annual Back the Blue Benefit at Jack Lester Park. The family-friendly event includes opportunities for locals to meet with local law enforcement personnel, while also getting to enjoy music, a car show, demonstrations and a BBQ cook-off.
May 20: The Rolling Oaks Volunteer Fire Department will host its annual Pancake Day fundraiser from 7 a.m. – noon at the ROVFD Station located at 139 VZ County Road 3832.
May 6: The City of Terrell and the Terrell Chamber of Commerce/ CVB will once again be joining forces to host the annual Terrell Taco Festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Would you believe that I own not one, but three defective guitars? One of them is totally unplayable, by anyone, the others are just unplayable by me. When we “bought the farm” about five years ago, an old guitar was part of the junk in the included 30’x40’ shop.
