The Wills Point Tigers ended their 2023 varsity football campaign Nov. 10 with a heartbreaking 27-20 loss to Van Alstyne in the Class 4A, Division 2, bi-district playoff game in Plano. Wills Point led 20-13 heading into the fourth quarter before Van Alstyne rallied with two touchdowns in the fourth quarter to win the game.
