Michael Allen Foster, 76, of Wills Point passed away peacefully on Dec. 7, 2023.

Born on Aug. 30, 1947, in Oklahoma City. Mike, as he was commonly known, was a beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. After graduating from Wills Point High School in the Class of 1965, Mike served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1967 to 1969. Outside of his professional life, Mike had a passion for spending time with his loved ones and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. He particularly enjoyed cookouts with family and friends and working on the farm. These activities brought him immense joy and allowed him to create lasting memories with those closest to him.

Mike is survived by his daughter, Wendy Woolf, and husband, Dustin; his son, Wesley Foster, and wife, Robin; his brothers, Scott Foster and Steve Foster, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Robinnette Foster; his father, Angus Foster; his mother, Johnie Foster; and his brother, Gary Foster.

In honor of Mike’s life, the family will gather at the Foster Residence from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, to celebrate his life with a fish fry. The Foster residence is located at 261 VZ County Road 3704, Wills Point.
