It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Austin Howard Evans, a cherished son, husband, brother, and friend. Austin departed this world on Jan. 1, 2024, at the age of 33, leaving behind a legacy of love, service, and vibrant passion. Arrangements were made under the direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home.

Born in Houston, Texas, on Sept. 13, 1990, Austin was the son of Ann Marie Arnold Morris and the late Robert Howard Evans.

Austin is survived by his devoted wife, Evelyn Evans, of Wills Point; his mother, Ann Marie Morris, and her husband, Brent, of Midlothian.

He is preceded in death by his biological father, Robert Evans, whose memory Austin now joins.
