Tour of Homes among Dec. 9 highlights

Organizers behind some of the biggest holiday events of the season are working hard this week, looking to put the finishing touches on this year’s installment of local Christmas staples.

This year’s holiday events, scheduled for Dec. 9, will also include something new for local residents with the Wills Point Historical Society scheduled to host a Christmas Tour of Homes.

The Tour of Homes, which will take place from 4:30-7 p.m., will serve as a fundraiser for the historical society with tickets costing $15. Stops are scheduled to include the homes of Karl and Keeta LyBrand, Tiffany Crosby Hulsey, Paul and Julie Addison, and Rusty and Carol Miracle, as well as a stop at the First Christian Church located at 211 Third Street.
