Lillie Ruth Cagle, of Wills Point, passed away on Monday, Nov. 27, 2023, in Tyler at the age of 72. Her private graveside services were held at White Rose Cemetery, on Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Lillie was born on Feb. 17, 1951, in Robstown, TX, to Elmer Joseph Wall and Lula Lee Brown Wall.
