Funeral services for Donna Ruth Shelby Kines, 67, of Edgewood, were held, Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Visitation was one hour prior to service. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Donna left this earth on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, peacefully with her family by her side. Donna Ruth Shelby was born on July 24, 1956, in Dallas to parents Bernard Aubrey Shelby and Lille Ola Mullins Shelby.
